Hey, I’m Yurii!
I am 30 y.o., I do project managing of IT projects in Kharkiv.
I came to Germany from the UAE in 2022. I really liked this country and I am aiming at getting citizenship here. For the past 2 years I have been successfully learning German.

My new goal for now is career. I am a German resident hence I have legal right to work and have my own business in Germany. I am willing to find a new job that I like that is why I have decided to make my research a bit more creative than usual job hunting. Instead of regular CV drop I have made this website. And if you opened it I do believe my idea is working.

I am technically well skilled, I am able to manage projects and processes efficiently. I also possess entrepreneurship skills, I am interested in investing and finances in general. If you ask me how I see a great employer for me, I’d say it is the person who has similar interests listed above. I want to work as well as to learn from my employer.

I love travelling and want to see the world, hence I would be happy if my duties will include business trips. I am ready to work overtime and non regular work shifts as well. It is not easy to find people you can rely on, but I can guarantee that I am among those who can give you an immense support.

  • Creating advertising, entertaining and commercial videos for companies and private entities;
  • In 2019 / 2020s I started the launch of my own video and marketing studio “PineApple Production”.

Python Developer

  • Development of backend applications using FastAPI, Django;
  • Structuring and analysis of high volume of data using SQL;

IT Project Manager

DINS develops and supports UCaaS platoform of American company “RingCentral”.

Functional set of the platform: IP-telephony, video conferences, fax, contact center, corporate chat and more.


My duties:

  • Managing and delegating resources of cross functional team of 19 specialists including remote employees;
  • Conducting interviews with candidates for various job positions and shortlisting them for further interviews with specialists and technical exams. I have done more than 50 interviews throughout my career.
  • Analysis and correction of KPI management software. My implementations have drastically decreased the number of errors and have speeded up project’s completion up to 25%;
  • Interacting with interested parties in the US (RIngCentral), providing clear understanding of requirements.

Stack: GitHub, Zoom, Excel, Dropbox, JIRA, Notion, Figma etc.


After sanctions implementation against Russia the company had to clse majority of their projects.

Prof. development

  • Learning German in “Berlitz Language School” for further employment and legalisation in Germany;
  • Volunteering in “FC-Lebensmittelausgabe an St. Karl” as a translator and providing assistance with various requests;
  • Developing and managing my own project - “PineApple Production” studio, researching new market and exploring marketing ideas for conveying new development strategies;
  • Completing refresher courses and developing skills independently.

    My native languages are Russian and Ukrainian, additionally I am legally allowed to do business in the locations mentioned above. Hence I can contribute to decrease costs of projects and increase profit.
